Highly Experienced Lead Carpenter (Columbus, Ohio) 2 candidates
Pay + Per-diem:
$25 to $28 an hour (Jerry the owner is willing to negotiate pay)

Some days will start at 7:00AM to 3:30PM or 6:00AM to 2:30PM
Scope:
- The candidate will be doing some metal stud framing, acoustic ceilings, dry wall, doors and hardware, selective demo, wall blocking, and various carpentry tasks.
- Proven experience as a lead carpenter.
- Reliable Transportation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The candidate will be working in a lot of Ohio Health buildings.
- The candidate will be completing various small jobs that will be finished throughout the day.
- They will be working in settings such as: hospitals, doctors offices, and emergency rooms.
- Someone that is super motivated, can work independently, fast learner and can follow directions.
- Will need a hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, steel toe shoes, safety vest, jeans, and a plain clean shirt.
- Must have a VALID driver's license.
- Solid Attendance
- All levels of skill will be accepted as long as it is clarified and approved by the JF Company.
- Start time: TBD
- Reporting to superintendent on the job site. Each job site will have a different superintendent.
- We will know the job site/address everyday by 4:30PM for all new candidates. Allison & Jerry will notify me of the time and location of the job site. I will send it to the recruiters so they can share it with the candidates.
Certs / Drug Screen / Background:
Drug Test - If the drug test results do not arrive before the start date the candidate is still allowed to report to the job site. We will only remove them from the job site if the results are positive.
