Job Description
ULGStaffing a subsidiary of NSC has immediate openings for a Production Operator/Glass and Frame Assembler in Auburn, WA.
The Production Operator is responsible for accomplishing work in accordance with work specifications safely, with the highest quality and in a professional manner.
Pay: $18-$22/HR
**Attendance bonus + benefits + more!
Shift / Schedule Mon-Thurs 2:45PM-1:15AM
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in production line machine operation
- Experience in workflow/job organization
- Communicative, open-minded, flexible
- Able to balance precise work, accuracy, and productivity
- Reliable and has excellent attendance
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, or as “part of a team”
- Ability to train others on assigned machine
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve productivity targets in line with business KPIs
- Responsible for on-time delivery of orders
- Oversee and facilitate workload between machines
- Follow QA standards and complete relevant paperwork
- Follow all aspects of the safety program
- Operate crane or fork lift as applicable
- Understand time-management or machinery for production schedule
- Cost-efficient management of consumables and inventoy
- Must maintain 5S program and housekeeping standards
- Train others to achieve set targets
